MY EXPERIENCE BEING A PART OF TRAINOBMENT PROGRAM  

Enormayu is an E-Learning platform.which has introduced the new concept called Trainobment-Training over job placement .The trainobment program also includes  personality development,career development,profile branding,aptitude,interview preparation,Mentor-ships from industry experts etc using modern technology to help students ,graduates,freshers,and experienced professionals to land in their dream job

Here I would like to share about some of the activities and tasks we had in this  trainobment program.

1. Routine challenge:- As the first class we had a morning routine to get up early and to post a picture in social media.at the beginning it was  difficult to get up too early.after few days it become a routine .it was good to say that because of this i have started at least to wake up early in the morning .

2.Time management and stress management :- It is the one of the best routine i have never had.in this we have to create our time budget sheet on an everyday basis.by creating this time budget sheet we manage time and also we will control our time which makes us less stressed and makes us calm.

3.Passion factor:- In passion factor we  have to discover our passion by considering the factor that we should not get bored by doing again and again.as you know  this made me to know exactly what my passion is.from this now i can follow my passion.

4.Video resume experience:-This is my first video resume that i have done.from this i came to  know the importance of video resume.this taught me how to introduce myself and what are the skills and achievements that have to be highlighted.it also lets you show how your creativity and also personality are a match for the company.after finishing the video resume we had a task to post it on social media.I am happy for being participated in this resume contest and placed 3rd getting extra stipend.

5.Website building:-creating our own website for the first time  is a good challenge for us at the beginning.i learnt how to create our own website using wix.what are the templates we can use and what are the elements of the site.and also learnt what are the benefits having a own site. It was a good experience for me and I really enjoyed it  and now i can build my own website.

6.Aptitude session:-Two days of aptitude session was really useful.i really enjoyed the session. I learnt from the basics and came to know how to solve the problems  easily and what are the shortcuts used for them.now i have the confidence of cracking the any aptitude exam.i hope this session will help me in the upcoming days.

7.Guest lecture:-For us Muralidharan R Nair sir  is the guest lecture. His talk was very informative and valuable.He really inspired us by sharing his experience.and also learnt many things about facing ups and downs of life.the success story  from muralidharan sir,his journey and achievements story will help us in the future how to face failure.this is the one of the main part of the program.from this i learnt so many things.

8.Team work:-Without teamwork there is no success.we had a team of four members. It is good to see that all the team members are new to me.our team named mylta.initially it was difficult to work together without knowing each other.after a few days we got a successful outcome from the group.we used gmail for connecting each other .from this i came to know that email writing is one of the important thing. All the team members are helped in every situation.i really enjoyed my team work and i learnt many things from the team work.

9.Skills learnt:-In this Trainobment  program i learnt many skills. I learnt how to make a video resume and what is the use of a video resume.also i learnt how to build our own website and what is the use of having own website.one of the important skills is time management and stress management,and also learnt email writing and importance of email writing.then why should we use linked in account and importance of linked in account and also how to use linked in account .yes after joining to this trainobment program i learnt many skills that required for my upcoming feature .

10.Pride of Team lead:-yess I like to lead personally so it was really something i had  never experienced before.I really enjoyed leading the team satisfying the needs of the team members, and assigning tasks,and completing within the deadlines.totally it was good experience, i really enjoyed it.

11.Advanced Hiring Technologies:-We learned about how we can pass the ATS technology,what we have to know,so these are things we learned.

12.Overall outcome of the program:-To be honest I learned a lot of skills and a lot of knowledge from this Trainobment program conducted by the Enormayu Team.so here I have listed the skills which i learned from this trainobment program.

13.Personal message:-I would like to thank each and everyone in the Enormayu Team for conducting such a session.Starting from the  first task to the last task we learned a lot of different kinds of skills.I hope it will definitely help me in the upcoming days.They teached how to excel in a field,starting with the basics,to the advanced,how to work in a team,how to speak,how much we should speak and much more stuff.This program helped me a lot  and i really enjoyed.and also the lectures,they are very friendly with everyone,and they teached very well.and cleared our doubt with quick response.it also main part of the program.overall i really enjoyed this Trainobment program and learned a lot many things .

I would recommend everyone who is struggling to get a job in this difficult time ,to give it a shot by doing this particular program,i’m pretty sure you will learn a lot of things,resulting in the betterment of yourself,and you will satisfied too as you will get back the money which you will be paying in the beginning,based on your performance,and abilities.surely this platform will lead an individual to achieve their success and reach their future goals.
